Skechers Return Policy

  • Guest Orders: Unworn/defective items can be returned within 45 days of shipment for a refund.
  • Skechers Plus members: Unworn/defective items purchased under your Skechers Plus account can be returned within 90 days of shipment.
  • * Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. 

  • Unworn items can be returned within 45 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit. The original receipt is required.
  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. 
  • Items purchased in-store can only be returned in-store.

Return by Mail (for single package returns)

    1. Go to Orders and Returns
    2. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Order numbers begin with SKEC-US and can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
    3. Select "Start a Return" and follow the steps to generate a QR code by selecting "Return By Mail".
    • Return unworn items in their original packaging.
    • Show your QR code to a representative at a UPS service center.
    • Or select "Print My Label" and attach it to the package yourself.


    We'll send you a confirmation as soon as your return has been processed (please allow 10 business days once the return is received).

If you would like to return or exchange your store pickup order, you can bring the unworn item(s) back to any open Skechers location in the U.S. within 45 days of purchase (90 days if the order was placed under your Plus account.) Please be sure to have a copy of your original receipt. Visit "Orders and Returns" to print your order receipt.

Skechers will not honor a refund if the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging. Shipping fees are also non-refundable.


*Skechers.com in-store pick-up orders: please return to any Skechers store near you. 


*Afterpay and Klarna: Skechers.com orders paid with Afterpay or Klarna will be issued an exchange or merchandise credit if returned to a store location. You may return by mail to receive a refund to your original form of payment.


If the product is returned outside of the return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, Skechers will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise. Please note, we only accept returns for purchases on Skechers.com
